Company Policies

1. Industries that we can’t help: 

We will not be able to promote industries that have a detrimental influence on young people, such as gambling games, casinos, tobacco, vaping or alcohol.

2. Engagement fee:

There will be no charge for us to send through the below materials: company credentials, past case studies, and service introductions.

We do require a one-off upfront payment of £1,200 + VAT to kick off any projects, such fee will be used to cover the labour cost of the below actions:

  1. Preparing a tailor-made proposal for you;

  2. Getting in touch with celebrities or influencers to ask for fee quotations;

  3. Getting in touch with venues and asking for detailed information such as availability, floor plan, specification, catering, fee quotation, etc;

  4. Sending out a detailed list of media titles suggestions;

  5. Creating a tailor-made content planning strategy for Little Red Book.

Rest assured that such an engagement fee will be 100% deducted from the service fee if you agree to move forward with our proposal; however it’s non-refundable if you don’t wish to move forward on the project.


3. Direct cost:

As a company run by a Christian owner, we stand for justice, fairness and transparency. Therefore, we don’t add a margin on any direct cost.

However, as a boutique PR agency, our cash flow doesn’t allow us to cover the direct cost for you. Hence, you will have to cover all direct costs, such as celebrity’s charge, influencer’s charge, venue hire, set up cost, and catering, before the projects begin.

When collaborating with international celebrities, an English version of the offer letter must be prepared by the brand. This letter should clearly outline the details of the collaboration, specify the content and actions required from the celebrity, and include the offered compensation. The offer letter must be signed and stamped by the company’s authorized representative. We, on behalf of the client, will then forward the signed letter to the celebrity’s agent for approval. Once the celebrity and their agent confirm acceptance, the offer letter becomes legally binding, and the brand cannot withdraw from the agreement.

4. Service charge:

Our service charge = fixed hour rate x working hours for the projects

Please kindly note that we do require a 50% upfront payment before the projects begin, and we have a 14-day payment policy for final payment after the project finishes.


5. Special terms:

For events, we will not be able to help you if it is less than 6 weeks’ time.

For press exposure, we do require a minimum of a 3-month contract.

6. Commercial Shooting Service Terms:

From 2021 to 2023, our company has had the privilege of undertaking commercial photo and video shoots for one of China's most renowned fashion brands. Through our extensive experience, we have learned valuable lessons.


To ensure a smooth and satisfactory commercial photoshoot experience, we would like to present you with some of our requirements. Prior to considering our commercial photography services, kindly review the following information:

  1. Shooting Locations: Every location, whether it's in the suburbs or a city in the UK, requires prior permission for filming; otherwise, it will be considered illegal. Therefore, relevant permits must be obtained before conducting any filming.

    There will be a maximum of three shooting locations per day, and the distance between these three locations should be within a 15-minute driving radius. Otherwise, the shooting process will be too rushed, and the quality of the footage might be compromised.

  2. Vehicle Rental: When booking vehicles, we will prioritize reputable rental companies. Full payment and confirmation of the booking need to be made at least 2 to 3 weeks before the shoot to ensure the reliability of the vehicles. Hence, we cannot accommodate last-minute requests.

  3. Catering Services: We will arrange a professional catering company to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring timely delivery to the shooting location. This ensures the team's energy levels are maintained. Although this incurs additional service fees compared to ordering takeout, it saves valuable time, allowing the focus to remain on the shoot. Please note that provisions like water, cola, chocolate, and energy bars will be available in the Production Van for the team's sustenance during the shoot. During cold weather, chocolate bars are recommended; for hot weather, snacks like crisps, sweet and sour gummies, oranges, mint candies, cola, coffee, and water are advised. Additionally, using markers to label cups for water and coffee can help distinguish them. It's suggested to inquire about team members' meal preferences before lunch for catering arrangements.

  4. Product Organization: During the product organization phase, we'll need to conduct video calls with the client to ensure models wear the correct attire and bring the appropriate items to the shooting location. On the evening before the shoot and on the morning of the shoot, we will create a checklist and verify all items. The client's confirmation is crucial to avoid omitting any essential items.

  5. Fitting Day Arrangement: Apart from LINKUP CHINA personnel, only essential personnel, including the director and photographer, should be present. The fitting day involves trying on outfits and capturing images for client confirmation, without runway walking or other activities. The fitting time for each model should be limited to 1 hour whenever possible.

  6. Unified Approach for Quality: To maintain consistency and high-quality throughout the shoot, we require a single point of focus in commercial shoots—either video or photography. This ensures smooth coordination and avoids resource wastage. The shooting locations for both teams must be identical to ensure a unified environment.

  7. Communication and Understanding: Clear communication and understanding with the client are paramount for the best shoot outcome. Before the shoot commences, we will discuss and finalize the shoot plan, style, and other essential details. While we aim to accommodate needs, additional requests during the shoot might be declined to prioritize the original objectives and deliver the best service. Therefore, discussions about the shoot's timing and location should be collectively agreed upon by the photography, videography, and client parties.

  8. Pre-Shoot Briefing: Two days before the shoot, a briefing meeting will be held with every team member/client to outline the detailed process. Feedback can be provided, and necessary modifications can be made. Once agreed upon, additional shoot requirements cannot be added, and the shoot will proceed according to the agreed-upon plan. The briefing aims to ensure every team member understands their role and responsibilities.

  9. Essential On-Site Personnel: On the shooting day, the following personnel must be present. Clients should be aware and allocate a budget:

    • Stylist: An experienced stylist must be present to ensure models wear outfits correctly and confirm with the client. A stylist should communicate with the photographer or assistant before adjusting clothing. Clothing adjustments should only occur with the photographer's approval. All props for the day, like hats, accessories, and clips, should be carried by the stylist to save time.

    • Hairstylist: If model hairstyles need adjustment, prompt decisions are required. Creating wigs requires a week's preparation time.

    • Time Manager: A designated time management leader will ensure the shoot proceeds smoothly, focusing solely on the shoot process and not engaging in other tasks. This person will also ensure time limits are clearly communicated at each location to facilitate scheduling.

    • Client Liaison: A dedicated person will maintain close communication with the client to confirm shoot requirements and verify photographer's output meets expectations.

    • Studio Manager: If shooting on location, a workspace with free parking nearby needs to be arranged. A staff member will remain stationed at the studio to provide meals during breaks.

    • Driver's Assistant: To facilitate smooth travel, a LINKUP CHINA team member will sit in the front seat to assist the driver during the journey.

  10. Confirm Work Hours: Before the shoot, we will confirm with all team members whether travel time is included in the work hours, considering the client's perspective.

  11. Location Visit: Before the shoot day, LINKUP CHINA, along with the photography and videography teams, will visit the shooting locations. This is crucial for smooth operations. Parking options will also be noted. During navigation, it's essential to plan routes in advance and not solely rely on real-time Google Maps. When sending out the shooting schedule, the email body should reiterate the shooting times and addresses.

3. 硬成本:


作为一家由基督徒经营的公司,我们坚持正义、公平和透明。因此,我们不会在任何硬成本上增加利润。

然而,作为一家精品公关公司,我们的现金流无法为您支付硬成本。因此,请您必须在项目开始之前支付所有硬成本,例如:名人费用、博主费用、场地租赁、搭建成本、餐饮等。

当与海外明星合作时,品牌需出具一份英文版的合作意向书,明确合作细节、明星需配合的内容以及品牌的报价。该意向书需由公司负责人签字并盖章。我们将代表客户将签署好的意向书发送给明星经纪人进行批复。一旦明星及其经纪人同意合作,该意向书即具法律效力,品牌不得撤销合作。


4. 服务费:


我们的服务费 = 固定时薪 x 该项目的工作时间

请知悉,我们确实需要在项目开始前收取 50% 的预付款,而在项目结束后,我们要求14 天之内付清尾款。


5. 特别条款:


对于活动,如果时间少于 6 周,我们将无法为您提供帮助。

对于媒体曝光,我们需要签署至少 3 个月的合同。

6. 商业拍摄服务条件:

从2021至2023年,我们公司有幸承接了中国最知名时尚品牌的商业大片的平面和视频拍摄。通过丰富的经历积累,我们从中学到了许多宝贵的教训。

为了确保您拥有一次顺利而令人满意的商业拍摄体验,我们希望在此向您介绍我们的一些要求。在寻求我们的商业拍摄服务之前,请您务必阅读以下内容:

1)拍摄地点:每个地方,无论是英国的郊区还是城市,进行拍摄都需要事先获得许可,否则将被视为违法行为。因此,进行拍摄前必须获得相关的许可才能进行。

每天的拍摄地点至多三个,并且这三个地点之间的距离应在15分钟车程范围内。否则,拍摄过程会过于紧凑,无法保证高质量的成片。

如果拍摄studio距离拍摄地较远,中午将不返回摄影棚,而在外用餐休息,提升拍摄效率。

2)车辆租赁:在预订车辆时,我们将优先考虑信誉良好的租车公司,并且需要在拍摄前至少提前2到3周支付全款、确认预订,以确保车辆的可靠性,因此我们无法接受紧急案子的合作需求。

3)餐饮服务:在拍摄前提前了解大家的早餐偏好和忌口,包括咖啡。

我们将安排一家专业餐饮公司提供早餐、午餐和晚餐,并保证准时送达拍摄场地,以确保团队的精力和体力得到妥善补充,这样的安排将比我们自己叫外卖增加更多服务费,但却节省了很多时间,可以更专注在拍摄,请客户提前预知此情况并预留预算。另外,为确保团队成员能量足够,Prodction Van 上会准备水、可乐,并放在冰袋里; 以及巧克力,能量棒等补充精力的粮食。经历一整天的拍摄,拍摄完需提供补充能量所需的食物及水。 在天气寒冷的时候,建议吃巧克力棒;在天气炎热的时候,则建议吃薯片、酸甜软糖、橘子、薄荷糖、可乐、咖啡和水。此外,可以使用马克笔在杯子上标记名字,以区分水和咖啡。

午餐前可以询问团队成员的用餐偏好,以便进行订餐。

4)商品整理:

客户在寄出服装之前,需提供packing list,确保了解寄出的物品,提升效率。製作團隊也將在拍摄至少前两天打开包裹检查衣服。

在整理商品时,我们需要与客户进行视频通话,以确保模特穿上正确的衣服以及携带正确的商品到拍摄地点。在拍摄前一晚和拍摄当天早上,我们将列出清单并核对所有物品,请客户确认,以确保不会遗漏任何重要物品。

5)试装日安排:除了LINKUP CHINA的工作人员之外,其它人员包括导演和摄影师都不应在场。试装日仅包括试穿服装和拍照给客户确认,不进行走台步及其他活动。每个模特的试装时间尽量限制为1小时。

模特的试装尽量在拍摄日两天前进行,以确保有足够时间购买额外的道具和配饰。

6)为了保持拍摄的统一性和高质量,我们要求在商业拍摄过程中只有一方主导,无论是视频团队还是照片团队,请客户确认本次合作,视频和平面,哪一个更为重要。照片跟视频,只能选择一个作为侧重点 。这样可以确保整个拍摄过程的协调与流畅。此外,为了避免时间和资源浪费,两个团队的拍摄地点必须完全相同,以确保在同一环境下完成拍摄工作。

7)我们非常注重与客户之间的沟通和理解,为了达到最佳的拍摄效果,我们将与您一起明确商业拍摄的目标和要求。在开始拍摄之前,我们将与您详细讨论并确定拍摄计划、风格和其他必要的细节。然而,若在拍摄过程中出现额外的需求,我们保留拒绝接受这些需求的权利。这是为了确保我们能够专注于完成最初商定的目标,并为您提供最出色的服务。因此,在拍摄前,需要跟摄影、摄像师三方一起讨论拍摄时间、地点安排,使得三方有共识。为确保与客户零距离沟通,拍摄时全程都跟客户打视频电话,使得沟通零距离。

为提升效率,请客户在拍摄过程中果断表达决策意见。例如因天气情况,对于某个场景不满意,应立即指示摄影师更换地点。

8) 在拍摄前两天与团队中的每个人/客户进行一次简报会议,描述拍摄的详细的过程并征询是否完全同意,如果不同意,可以提供反馈,我们会根据反馈进行修改。同意后,不得再追加拍摄需求,拍摄期间LINKUP CHINA会按同意后的拍摄计划进行。LINKUP CHINA会为客户针对每一个团队拍摄前就做好简报,旨在帮助团队中每个人都清楚自己的角色、工作。

9)拍摄当天我们需要以下人员必须在场,请客户提前预知此情况并预留预算:

造型师:必须有一位有相关经验的造型师在现场,确保模特正确穿着服装,并及时与客户确认。至于化妆师,拍摄男生模特时,我们不建议客户请化妆师,但LINKUP CHINA 工作人员会在场协助化妆事宜。在造型师进行服装调整之前,应先与摄影师或摄影助理进行沟通。只有在获得摄影师的同意后,才能进行模特的服装调整。此外,当天使用的所有道具,如帽子、饰品和夹子等,造型师都应随身携带,以节省取道具的时间。

造型师工作内容及注意事项:

1. 制作 Packing List:在拍摄前,造型师负责制作一份详细的 Packing List,确保所有所需服装、鞋子、帽子和配饰都被列明,以确保无遗漏。

2. 提供衣架和裤架:虽然拍摄团队通常会自备衣架和裤架,但若不足,造型师需准备好支援提供额外的衣架和裤架,确保所有服装都有合适的摆放空间。

3. 参与模特儿试装:在模特儿进行试装期间,造型师必须亲自在场。通过视频通话和拍照,与客户保持即时沟通,确保模特儿的造型符合预期。试装结束后,需整理照片和搭配注意事项,及时发送给客户以便反馈和确认。

4. 熨烫效率:造型师需确保在两天的拍摄期间,有能力在一小时内迅速而有效地完成12套衣服的熨烫工作。这是确保整体拍摄进度顺利进行的关键步骤,否则可能影响整个活动的进行。

5. 携带必备工具:造型师需要随身携带便携式蒸汽熨斗、夹衣服和裤子的文件夹,以及一个大背包,确保能够装下所有必要的配件。这有助于应对现场任何可能的需要,确保造型师能够迅速解决问题。

6. 工作时间承诺:造型师需承诺在拍摄当天至少工作12小时,确保能够应对任何临时的修改或需要,以确保整体拍摄顺利进行。

7. 整理和返还物品:拍摄结束后,造型师需要按照客户提供的指示,将所有使用的衣服、鞋子和配饰进行仔细整理,并按照客户的方式进行包装、归还和打包。这确保所有物品被妥善处理,以便返还或储存。

发型师:模特本人发型如果有变,我们将第一时间通知客户,也请客户第一时间回复决策,因为做假发需要一个星期的时间。

时间管理负责人:我们将指定一位专注于时间管理的负责人,确保拍摄过程顺利进行,并不涉足其他事务。该负责人也将负责在每个地点,明确告知各个团队工作的时间限制,以便合理安排工作进度。除了每日的拍摄安排,时间表还需要包括化妆、发型和服装造型所需的时间。

与客户对接负责人:我们将指派一位负责人与客户保持紧密沟通,以确认拍摄要求,并检查摄影师的作品是否满足客户的需求。

工作间驻扎人: 若出外景,需租工作空间,且工作空间附近需有免费停车场,需提前安排好。 此外需要留一位工作人员一直based在工作室,方便为大家准备休息时间需要的膳食。 在选择外卖服务时,建议使用可靠的送餐平台,如 Deliveroo,以确保送餐的及时性。

如果租用某人的公寓作为摄影基地,需要详细了解房主的公寓使用注意事项,例如哪些电源不能拔出。

司机助理:为使行程路途顺利进行,在旅途中LINKUP CHINA的一位工作人员将坐在前座协助司机。

10) 确认工作时数:在拍摄开始前,我们基于站在为客户考虑的立场,将提前跟所有团队人员确认旅途时间是否算入工作时间等细节问题。

11) 在拍摄日之前,LINKUP CHINA将连同摄影、摄像师团队一起去踩点。团队亲自事先去踩点是非常重要的,能够使项目进行更顺利。此外,踩点的时候我们也将为客户留意附近停车处。在进行导航时,应提前查询好路线,不能仅依赖于即时的Google地图。为确保所有人都能按时到达,发送拍摄日程表时,电子邮件的正文中应再次强调拍摄的时间和地址。

因为天气无法预测,故制作团队需在每个已确定的拍摄地点附近找到步行5分钟内可到达的雨天备用拍摄地点。

12) 若有非Based in London的拍摄,制片团队应住宿在摄影棚和模特酒店附近,以便及时处理紧急情况。
